● Devil's advocate, negative judgement
● sees why it will not work
● Risk,dangers, errors, faults.
● Fear,  safety, curiosity, exploration
● Critical judgement, pessimistic

RED HAT THINKING . ...
● Emotions , value and choice   feelings
● Seeing red
● Hunch and intuition
● Sudden insight
● Reactions
● Fear, like/ Dislike ( no need to justify)
● Don't have to be logical

YELLOW HAT THINKING

● Allows to be speculative ( change "if")

GREEN HAT THINKING
● Fertile, creative
● Plants springing from seeds
● Movement replaces judgement
● To reach new ideas, provocation.
● Serach for alternatives , beyond the known.
● Lateral thinking  ( thinking outside the box)
● Is that possible ? Why not ? What if?

BLUE HAT THINKING
● Cool and control, orchestra conductor thinking about thinking , set the focus.
● Defines problems, step by step.
● Monitors, thinking, rules observed, discipline, map observed.
● Call for use of other hats, overview.
● Thinking carried through : summary and conclusion.
